Everyone on our team knows each child's dietary, allergy and cultural needs - and safety decisions are never left to chance.
At Country Kidz, every single member of staff is across each child's dietary, allergy and cultural needs, and medical requirements are on hand in every room. We partner with parents and carers to build a plan that keeps your child safe, and we hold ourselves to that standard every day.
Our meals are prepared to Food Safety standards. Our chef completes a full induction and continues training on an ongoing basis so we stay on top of every food regulation. Under our policy, outside food is strictly not permitted on the premises - it's how we protect children with allergies.

How we keep your child safe
Access to the premises stays limited throughout working hours. Our safety regulations draw on years of experience and extensive scenario planning - we treat this as the most important job we have.
Nobody enters the building without the single-entry code.
Every visitor passes through one point of entry, and records are kept on the way in and out.
All staff are trained in first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis care, as well as food safety.
Your child is only ever released with your written authorisation - and never to anyone under 18.
Any injury during preschool hours is documented and shared with parents straight away, or at pickup.
Every staff member holds a current Working with Children Check, backed by thorough background checks.
We work hard to keep one of the best teaching teams in preschool - and we mean it.
Medicines
Our staff are all trained to keep your child safe, and every medicine on site lives in a locked cabinet. We keep a close eye on each child in our care - and if we ever suspect a child isn't feeling well, we'll contact you immediately.
